Every product sold on MyDailySteal.com is 100% guaranteed. If you should receive a product that is defective, damaged or broken upon delivery, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (see below for specific instructions on how to do this).
RETURN POLICY
We want the return process to be as easy and hassle-free for you as possible. Since we will most likely sell out of each day’s product allotment and we may never sell that particular product again, you cannot exchange your purchase and may only return it if it is broken, damaged or defective at time of delivery. Any returns of broken, damaged or defective items must be made within 14 days of delivery and will be given a full, 100% refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred.
To return a broken, defective or damaged item:
You have up to 14 days after receiving your merchandise to contact us to request a return authorization number. Our customer service agents will guide you through the return process. Please contact us with your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, a brief explanation as to why you are returning the product(s) and your name.
When you return an item, please wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. We recommend using a method that you can track and insure. Save your return tracking number and email it to us so that we can track the return in case there are any issues during transit.
Upon receipt of your returned item and confirmation of its broken, defective or damaged status, you will receive a refund of 100% of your original purchase price as well as any shipping costs you incurred. You should expect to receive your refund within five business days of our receipt of the returned product, however in many cases you will receive a refund the next business day. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund status once we've received and processed the returned item.
WRONG ITEM
Should you open your delivered package and find something different than the item you believe you ordered, please contact us immediately. Include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, what product you originally ordered and your name. We will then issue you a return authorization number. If your order is wrong due to our error, we will gladly refund your shipping costs.
DAMAGED ITEM
Shipments damaged during shipping must be claimed with the package carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the invoice. If you notice damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the package carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the package carrier.
LOST ITEM
If your item appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the package carrier.
CANCELLING ORDERS
It is important to notify us immediately if you would like to cancel an order, as most orders ship same-day. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
BACKORDERS
Due to the nature of MyDailySteal.com, backorders are not allowed. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
